1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing any product from Cyber Sales Lab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including The CISO Code course and related materials available at cybersaleslab.com and hosted on Kajabi, you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or access our products.
2. Products and Services
The CISO Code is a self-paced, written-first course delivered through Kajabi, with written lessons, downloadable resources, and assessments. Videos will be added progressively after launch, without a promised release date. The CISO Code Plugin is a separate membership for downloadable workflow instructions and resources. Course enrollment does not include Plugin membership, and Plugin membership does not include Course enrollment. CISO Intel is not included with either offer.
3. Account Registration
To access purchased products, you must create an account on our Kajabi-hosted platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to update it as necessary.
4. Payment and Pricing
The individual Course price is $497 USD, paid once. The separate Plugin membership is $29 USD per month and automatically renews monthly until canceled. Third-party AI-host subscriptions and service fees are separate. Product pages state current availability; joining a priority list does not authorize a charge. Payment is processed through our payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the disclosed charge and, for the Plugin, the disclosed monthly renewals. This update does not change the price or entitlements agreed for earlier purchases.
5. Access and License
Each purchase is licensed to one individual for professional use. New individual Course purchases include 12 months of access, delivered as 365 days from purchase, for a one-time payment of $497 USD. Course access does not automatically renew. New enrollment is not open yet. Course updates, including videos released during that access period, are included. This update does not reduce access or other entitlements from earlier purchases.
Plugin membership includes ongoing updates and new skills, tool integrations, and course-method improvements released as part of the Plugin while membership is active. There is no fixed release schedule or promised feature date.
Canceling the Plugin stops future renewals. Member-library access, updates, and subscription support continue through the paid-through date and then end. You may continue using Plugin versions already downloaded for individual use after cancellation.
You may retain downloaded Course resources for individual use after access ends or a Course refund. You may share completed account plans, messages, and customer deliverables with their intended audiences, but not redistribute the original reusable source materials, publicly share or resell them, or share account access.
6. What You May Not Do
The restrictions below apply subject to the individual-use, download-retention, and completed-work permissions in Section 5. They do not prohibit those permitted uses.
You may not: (a) share your login credentials with others; (b) copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials; (c) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course content; (d) use course content to create competing products or training programs; (e) record, download, or capture video content beyond the downloadable resources explicitly provided; or (f) use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
Cyber Sales Lab retains ownership of its original course content and reusable resources. Purchase grants a license to use these materials, not ownership. Third-party frameworks, including STARS and the Cyber Defense Matrix, remain the work of their respective creators; their use or application here does not imply Cyber Sales Lab ownership or endorsement by those creators.
8. Team and Enterprise Use
Individual licenses are for single-user access. Team engagements are scoped directly through a statement of work and invoice. Course access, Plugin licenses, preparation, deliverables, and ongoing support are included only when specified in that written agreement. Contact robert@cybersaleslab.com to discuss a team engagement. Do not share a single-user account across multiple people.
9. Refund Policy
Individual Course purchases have a 30-day full-refund guarantee, with no completion or outcome requirement. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Plugin payments are non-refundable except for billing errors and refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Canceling the Plugin stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for request details. Team engagements follow their written agreement.
10. Disclaimer
The CISO Code provides sales education and frameworks. We do not guarantee specific sales results, revenue increases, or career outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your effort, your product, your market, and your organization. Course content reflects the professional experience and opinions of the instructor and should not be considered legal, financial, or career advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Sales Lab and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Platform Availability
Our courses are hosted on Kajabi. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for platform outages, technical issues, or changes to the Kajabi platform that may affect your access. In the event we permanently discontinue a course, we will provide reasonable notice and make downloadable materials available for a transition period.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Cyber Sales Lab is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
