Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Introduction

Cyber Sales Lab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or interact with our emails and content. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including: Name and email address (when you request Course or Plugin updates or opt in for a resource), payment information (processed securely by our payment processor — we do not store credit card numbers), account registration details (name, email, password), and any information you provide when contacting us via email.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, referring website, and device information. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies provided by our website platform (Kajabi) and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: deliver purchased products and course access, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account setup, password resets), send marketing emails if you have opted in (lead magnet delivery, course promotions, content updates), improve our website and products, respond to your inquiries, and process refunds when requested.

4. Email Communications

Course and Plugin update forms collect interest separately. When you request updates, we use your form submission and email-subscription status to send updates about the product you selected. New contacts must confirm their email address through our double-opt-in email. Joining an update list does not enroll you, start a paid membership, reserve a price or authorize a charge. A purchase is not, by itself, permission to receive marketing emails; purchase confirmations, account access, billing and necessary service messages are transactional communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in marketing emails. Transactional emails related to your purchase (account access, important product updates) may still be sent even after unsubscribing from marketing emails.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Kajabi for website and course hosting, signup forms, contact records, email delivery and checkout, and Kajabi Payments for payment processing. Business support email is handled through our Google-hosted business email service. These providers process information needed to deliver those services under their own terms and privacy notices.

The CISO Code Plugin supplies downloadable workflow instructions for use in a compatible AI host you choose. Buying or downloading the Plugin does not itself send the account-research inputs you use with the Plugin to Cyber Sales Lab. Information you choose to submit to an AI host is handled by that provider under its terms and privacy practices. If you send us materials for support, we receive those materials through the support channel; do not send credentials or confidential customer information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to enable core functionality and analyze site traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to access certain features of our website and course platform.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data using industry-standard practices.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our products and services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, opt out of marketing communications, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@cybersaleslab.com. You may also use robert@cybersaleslab.com as a fallback. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

Our products are designed for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

12. Contact

For questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your data rights, contact support@cybersaleslab.com, or robert@cybersaleslab.com as a fallback.
