The Course, Plugin membership, and team engagements have separate refund terms.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Individual purchases of The CISO Code course are $497 USD one-time and include a 30-day full-refund guarantee. There is no completion or outcome requirement.

If the Course is not the right fit for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase date to request a full refund.

How It Works

To request a Course refund under the 30-day guarantee, send an email to robert@cybersaleslab.com within 30 days of your original purchase date. Include the name and email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. A Course refund ends hosted Course access and further downloads. You may retain resources already downloaded for your individual use, not public sharing or resale.

Plugin Membership and Cancellation

The CISO Code Plugin is a separate $29 USD/month membership that renews monthly until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals. Member-library access, updates, and subscription support continue through the paid-through date and then end. You may keep using Plugin versions already downloaded for individual use after cancellation; no public sharing or resale.

Plugin payments are non-refundable except for billing errors and refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Canceling does not ordinarily refund the current paid period. Email us directly for billing or cancellation help; consulting documentation is not a condition of requesting help.

Why We Offer the Course Guarantee

The Course is designed to help you understand the buyer, build an evidence-backed account plan, and prepare your next conversation. The guarantee gives you room to decide whether that learning approach fits your work.

What's Not Covered

The voluntary Course guarantee applies to individual Course requests submitted within 30 days of purchase. Team engagements and enterprise arrangements follow their statement of work or other written agreement. Mandatory refunds and other remedies required by applicable law remain available. This update does not reduce refund rights or entitlements agreed for earlier purchases.
